Forearm chronic exertional compartment syndrome (FCECS) is a rare pathology that mainly affects musicians and athletes that perform repeated and prolonged forced grasping movements (motorcycling, rowing, mountain biking, windsurfing, etc.) [1–4]. The diagnosis is made based on the measurement of the pressure of the lodges at rest and during exercise. Conservative treatment is efficient in 50–80% of cases, often requires the cessation of the incriminating sport and remains difficult or even unacceptable for patients, even so when surgical is efficient in 70–90% of patients. If surgery is needed, open or percutaneous procedures can be done. We present an ultrasound-guided percutaneous technique with a quick return to previous activities.
