Using LLM to Perform Actions in a Virtual 3D Environment with Consideration to Limitations
摘要
Large Language Models (LLMs) showed incredible results in a multitude of tasks. These performances have led to the use of this technology in a wide variety of fields such as agriculture, robotics, education, healthcare, gaming, and much more. But even it being a state-of-the-art approach, it is not a standalone solution that will solve any problematic that a use case can face, in the contrary, it needs a good study of that problem to see how to adapt any LLM for any functionalities needed on a particular project. In this paper we will talk about integrating LLMs in a game setup, where we will propose a pipeline that will allow game developers to create intelligent Non playable character (NPCs) into their worlds enabling a new kind of gameplay for the players to enjoy.
