摘要
This is a case using dermoscopy and onychoscopy to highlight a pattern of periungual capillaries and facial vessels which we have call “Lightening Storm”. These were noted in a patient with Complex Regional Syndrome. The similarity in the vessels both on the cheeks and the periungual area were noted. To our knowledge this pattern of vasculature has not been described.
