We report on a 28-year-old female with toenail problems. She suffered from chronic and painful paronychia. Her toenails were thickened and growing upwards in a 45 degree to the underlying bony phalanx. The nail disorder seemed to be provoked by indoor bouldering due to tight shoe fitting.

摘要
