Nail Dystrophy and Lymphedema
摘要
Yellow Nail Syndrome (YNS) is characterized by the triad of yellow nails, respiratory manifestations, and lymphedema. Nail changes can affect both fingers and toes and consist primarily of xanthonychia, thickened nail plates, transverse over-curvature, onycholysis and slow to absent growth. Treatment for YNS, which most often includes systemic Vitamin E with or without oral fluconazole, is aimed at improving the appearance of the nails and any associated discomfort.
