From the literature review in Chap. 2 , we can see that there is a large amount of two-sided matching research results. With the complexity of the social environment, some points still require in-depth thinking. Thus, a suitable linguistic characterization tool not only fits the psychological level of the agents, but also retains as much original information as possible. This chapter gives the relevant basic knowledge about PLTSs and time satisfaction in the existing studies. Next the consistency of the preference relationships is tested. The correction algorithms are given if there are the inconsistent preference relationship. Finally, a complete matching decision-making process is proposed and applied to practical problems of technology supply and demand issues.
