The work is devoted to the analysis of the state of the issue of production of reinforced concrete products by methods of vibrocompaction of concrete mixtures by studying previously conducted scientific research. The compositions of concrete mixtures, as well as methods, technological methods, equipment and indicators necessary for the vibrocompaction process are considered. The relevance of this work is to obtain heavy concrete with maximum density, which entails an increase in the quality characteristics of concrete, a decrease in pores on the front surface, and a decrease in cement consumption. In the current difficult economic situation in the world, any company needs to reduce its costs, and cement is the main consumable part of the production of reinforced concrete products. The result of the experiment is the rationale for the use of slow-moving concrete mixtures with a minimum amount of water and a cone draft of 1–4 cm by varying the parameters of vibrocompaction of the concrete mixture. The novelty of this topic is the automation of the process of varying the parameters of vibrocompaction of the concrete mixture in order to increase the strength of finished products and reduce the human factor at this technological stage.
