Ball Lightning
摘要
This article falls under the field of theoretical physics and the theoretical foundations of electrical engineering. Atmospheric electrical phenomena have been studied in considerable detail. However, there remain gaps in this area that await further investigation and clarification, particularly concerning the rare phenomenon of ball lightning. The article attempts to categorize this phenomenon within the system of other manifestations of electrical nature and to uncover its unique characteristics and their causes. Atmospheric electricity phenomena have significant practical implications, and gaps in scientific understanding are undesirable. The author proposes an original approach to the problem, rooted in the very nature of electric current.
