This research paper explores the integration of Sufism, Green Schools, and Spirituality in creating a holistic approach to sustainable education. The primary objective is to understand how incorporating spiritual and environmental principles from Sufism into the Green School model can enhance educational outcomes and promote sustainability. The study employs a mixed-methods approach, combining qualitative and quantitative data. Qualitative data are gathered through interviews and focus groups with educators and students from schools practicing Sufi principles and green education. Quantitative data are obtained through surveys measuring student engagement, environmental awareness, and spiritual well-being. The research also involves a comparative analysis of traditional educational models with the integrated Sufi-Green School approach. Preliminary findings suggest that the integration of Sufi spiritual practices with Green School principles leads to a more holistic educational experience. Students in such environments demonstrate increased environmental awareness, deeper spiritual understanding, and higher levels of overall well-being. The study also finds that this approach fosters a strong sense of community and responsibility toward the environment. Additionally, educators report enhanced student engagement and participation in both academic and extracurricular activities. The research indicates that the holistic approach not only benefits individual student development but also contributes to the broader goal of sustainable education by instilling values of environmental stewardship and spiritual mindfulness. This study contributes to the growing body of knowledge on the intersection of spirituality, environmental education, and sustainable development, offering a unique perspective on how Sufism can enrich the concept and practice of Green Schools.
