Artificial Intelligence and Leadership: Trends and Challenges of a Relationship Under Construction
摘要
This article analyzes trends and challenges in the relationship between artificial intelligence (AI) and leadership in the education and healthcare sectors. The research revealed that AI significantly transforms decision-making in both sectors, enabling education and healthcare leaders to manage resources more efficiently and base their decisions on sound data. In education, AI facilitated the personalization of learning and the optimal allocation of resources, while in the healthcare sector, it helped predict demand for services and preventative patient care. However, the use of AI in leadership also poses significant challenges. Leaders must adapt to a constantly evolving technological environment and develop skills to manage human teams and intelligent systems. In addition, the studies highlighted the need to address ethical challenges, such as transparency of algorithms, bias in automated decisions, and equity in access to these technologies. Responsible implementation of AI is essential to ensure its positive and equitable impact.
