The Application of Big Data Analysis in Optimization and Performance Improvement of Elevator DCS Control System

Elevator control systems are very common in modern urban buildings. Their function is to control the operation and dispatch of elevators, and their fundamental purpose is to improve the commuting of residents or workers in each building. In order to assist the daily work of the elevator control system, this article proposes to use the DCS (Distributed Control System) control system and big data analysis to optimize the performance of the elevator control system. In the final elevator failure comparison experiment, this article applied the DCS control system elevator based on big data analysis. Among them, elevator 2 has the most significant improvement, and its failure rate has dropped from 2.32% to 1.45%, which shows that the new system has optimized elevator operation.
