This paper plans to study the entrepreneurial decision aid system based on big data, and use the machine learning method to analyze the big data, so as to help enterprises to make more efficient decisions. Traditional research methods have shortcomings such as strong subjectivity, difficult data acquisition, and difficult analysis, and the data-driven methods effectively solve these problems. Based on this, this paper studied an enterprise decision support system based on big data, which is more objective and comprehensive analysis of the business conditions of enterprises, and provides accurate and timely decision support for enterprises. The design and implementation of the system are described in detail, including data collection, feature engineering, model selection and evaluation. This paper carried out empirical research with Chinese enterprises as the research object, and found that this method effectively improved the innovation ability of enterprises and the success rate of enterprises.
