This study employs multi-party evolutionary game models to identify balanced enforcement approaches. By integrating a Macroergonomics perspective, the research prioritizes human well-being and system optimization, advocating for proactive and cooperative strategies among OHS players: workers, employers, and the government, to enhance safety outcomes and societal well-being.
