This paper presents the design, development, and validation of an automated color-based bottle classification and labeling system tailored for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The system employs a two-degree-of-freedom robotic arm for bottle handling, a TCS34725 color sensor for content identification, and a precise labeling mechanism synchronized with a conveyor belt. The system was programmed using Ladder logic for the PLC and C++ for the ESP32 microcontroller, ensuring robust control and communication between components. Performance was evaluated through extensive testing, achieving an overall 73.66% in accuracy. This research demonstrates the feasibility of integrating advanced automation technologies into cost-effective solutions for SMEs, enhancing productivity and labeling accuracy.

摘要
