The research aims to demonstrate how the educational framework of technology, educational tools, and learning environments is related to the development of transversal professional competencies in the management of Engineering projects at the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos in 2023. This work justifies its practical relevance by offering an empirical basis on how implementing an educational framework can significantly improve critical competencies in engineering project management. The practical implications of this research are significant, as they provide a roadmap for educators and institutions to enhance the professional competencies of their students, empowering them to impact their students’ learning positively. The research is conducted with a descriptive quantitative approach, using a non-experimental design and a non-probabilistic sample of 174 engineering students. The results indicate a significant positive correlation between using the educational framework and developing cross-professional competencies, with a Spearman correlation coefficient of 0.797 and a p-value of 0.000. This demonstrates that the implementation of the framework has a considerable positive impact on developing essential competencies, supporting its relevance in the educational context of UNMSM.

摘要
