This research was focused on analyzing the practical implications of musical games and neurofunctions in 5-year-old children. The study was conducted without introducing any changes in the children's environment. It was a descriptive research with a cross-sectional, non-experimental design. The instruments used were the Neurofunction Test and a survey aimed at teachers. The results of the instruments showed the scores in different areas of the Neurofunc-tion Test, as well as the application and knowledge that the teachers had about musical games. Based on the data collected, it was determined that children's neurofunctional development varies. The results indicated that some neuro functions, such as auditory reception, dynamic coordination, temporal orientation, and body awareness, were more potent in particular children. However, auditory sequence memory was identified as a weaker neurofunctional area among the children. Additionally, teachers demonstrated effective use and theoretical understanding of musical games, including the techniques in most cases.
