The objective of this study is to present a theoretical overview and conceptual framework regarding service quality and satisfaction. Furthermore, it aims to demonstrate the influence of service quality provided by civil society organizations, specifically the Jordanian Hashemite Fund for Human Development (JHFHD) in Jordan, on achieving beneficiary satisfaction. The study employs a descriptive analytical approach and gathered data from primary and secondary sources. A total of 530 questionnaires were distributed to beneficiaries of the organization's services, resulting in a retrieval rate of approximately 92% with 490 questionnaires retrieved. After excluding 24 invalid questionnaires, 466 questionnaires were deemed suitable for analysis, representing a response rate of 95%. The study's findings indicate that all dimensions of service quality provided by The Jordanian Hashemite Fund for Human Development (transparency, trust and security, excellence and proficiency, confidentiality and privacy, reliability, and professionalism) had a significant impact on beneficiary satisfaction, either collectively or individually. The study recommends placing a strong emphasis on the transparency dimension within the Fund to monitor service delivery and enhance its quality. Moreover, it stresses the importance of developing employees' skills and capabilities in resolving issues encountered during service delivery, as well as providing them with training on effectively serving beneficiaries.

摘要
