This study aimed to identify the level of quality of career in improving job performance levels, and the study was conducted on the employees of government institutions in the Bethlehem Governorate. The study followed the descriptive analytical approach to conduct the study and the questionnaire as a main tool for collecting information. The study was conducted on a random sample of (59) questionnaires, so that the sample items were distributed to the study population, employees of government institutions in a governorate in the Bethlehem Governorate. The study reached several results, the most important of which are: The results showed that the degree of physical work conditions was moderate, as the most common manifestations were the government institutions administration is keen on workers to follow prevention and safety measures during work, followed by government institutions to provide facilities for workers to complete their work such as (technological means, transportation, means of communication, etc. The results showed that the degree of balance between life and work was medium, as it was the most common manifestations. I find enough time after the end of the official working hours to carry out my personal and social duties, followed by government institutions providing facilities and training programs to support and develop employees.
