The main objective of this study is to explore the impact of the implementation of lean management in Jordanian pharmaceutical warehouses. The study attempted to examine the impact of lean management (focus on clients, standardization, and continuous improvement) on organizational performance. This study was applied to the five most popular Jordanian pharmaceutical warehouses located in Amman. To reach the purpose of this study, data were collected from 226 employees by using a questionnaire. (SPSS) program was used to analyze and examine the hypothesis. The results showed there is a significant positive impact of lean management (focus on the client, standardization, and continuous improvement) on organizational performance in Jordanian pharmaceutical warehouses at a level of (α ≤ 0.05). Moreover, the study recommended companies and pharmaceutical warehouses pay more attention to lean management and make the concept of lean management part of their culture.
