This study aimed to identify the role of administrative communication in achieving the effectiveness of administrative decisions. The study was conducted on private sector institutions in the Bethlehem Governorate. To achieve the objectives of the study, the research team prepared a questionnaire to collect the necessary data from its various sources to achieve those goals. Analytical study and questionnaire as a main tool for collecting information. The study was conducted on a random sample of (58) questionnaires. The sample items were distributed to the study population of employees of private sector institutions in the Bethlehem Governorate. The study reached several results, the most important of which are: The results showed that the degree of employees’ evaluation of the patterns of administrative communication was large, as the most common manifestations were the communications issued by managers to employees facilitate obtaining the information necessary for decision-making, followed by facilitate communication between employees at the same administrative level to obtain information before making decisions. The results showed that the degree of the means of administrative communication was great, as the most common manifestations were the social media contribute among the workers by providing the information required to make the decisions, then the means of oral communication among the workers contribute to the provision of the necessary information to make the decisions. The results showed that the degree of workers’ evaluation of administrative communication skills was large, as the most common manifestations were that workers considered written communications more accurate and safer, followed by workers characterized by written skills that express what they want clearly.
