The objective of the study is to examine the legal characteristics of electronic stores, particularly in differentiating them from other potentially comparable legal entities. Utilizing a descriptive-analytical approach, the research involved gathering and evaluating data through an examination of legal and jurisprudential literature, alongside comparisons of various viewpoints within this domain. Findings indicated that the legal classification of electronic stores significantly differs based on jurisprudential and legislative trends; some perspectives regard the electronic store as a distinct legal entity, while others characterize it as a collective legal structure or an intangible asset. In light of these findings, the study advocates for the establishment of clear and specific legislation to better delineate electronic stores from similar entities, as well as the creation of a flexible legal framework that adapts to contemporary technological and commercial advancements, ensuring the safeguarding of all parties’ rights involved.
