摘要
This chapter tries to investigate the influence of brand factors, including brand logo, reputation, loyalty, product quality, and perceived value, on the purchasing behavior of Jordanian consumers in the mobile phone market. A sample of 453 consumers in Amman was randomly selected, and a questionnaire was administered to collect data. The researchers employed an analytical descriptive approach and utilized SPSS software for data analysis. The findings of the study revealed a significant and statistically meaningful relationship between the brand and the purchase decision of Jordanian consumers for mobile phones in Amman. Furthermore, the results indicated that perceived value exerted the strongest impact on the purchase decision. Based on these findings, it is recommended that mobile phone companies provide consumers with ample information to facilitate informed purchasing decisions. Additionally, it is advised that consumers stay updated on the latest advertisements and promotional materials released by these companies in Jordan to enhance their knowledge and improve their purchasing choices.
