This study aims to investigate the impact of hiring people with disabilities in Jordan’s service sector on customer perspectives. The study utilized quantitative research methods to get the necessary data. The research sample was chosen through convenience sampling and consisted of 765 social media users from various age demographics. Several social media channels were utilized to distribute an online questionnaire for data collection. The results suggest that the preceding variable has a positive impact on the subsequent variables (brand image and loyalty), however, it does not have an impact on the desire to make a purchase or the act of categorizing someone based on stereotypes. Also, recruiting disabled individuals has the biggest effect on brand impression. The study’s findings might potentially assist current and future entrepreneurs in building socially responsible, sustainable firms. In addition, scientists, governments, and politicians worldwide have focused on entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship created new ideas, some of which are vital to corporate survival. Thus, social entrepreneurship evolved, and socially mature consumers demanded socially responsible businesses that benefit society.
