The objective of this study is to analyze the various strategies for regulatory oversight of foreign technology companies operating under corporate legislation. The study categorizes these oversight mechanisms into three main types: internal, external, and a hybrid of both. It further assesses the effectiveness of these mechanisms in achieving their intended goals and protecting national interests. Additionally, the study provides a comprehensive examination of the legal provisions related to oversight and conducts a comparative analysis of regulatory practices in different countries. Based on this analysis, the study offers recommendations to enhance existing oversight systems, aiming to strike a harmonious balance between safeguarding national interests and leveraging the expertise and investments of foreign technology companies.
