The purpose of this study is to investigate how soft skills and their various components impact organizational citizenship behavior within organizations. Additionally, the study aims to assess the level of soft skills and organizational citizenship behavior among employees of the organization. The study focuses on two variables: the independent variable, which encompassed soft skills and was measured through four dimensions: communication and interpersonal skills, teamwork, problem-solving, and time management; and the dependent variable, which encompassed organizational citizenship behavior and was measured through five dimensions: altruism, courtesy, sportsmanship, civic virtue, and conscientiousness. To conduct the study, a descriptive-analytical approach was utilized, and a questionnaire consisting of 45 items was developed. The questionnaire was distributed to a random sample of 400 employees, resulting in a response rate of 83%. Out of the responses received, 330 questionnaires were deemed valid for analysis. The collected data was statistically analyzed using SPSS/V25. The study yielded several significant findings, with one of the most notable being the statistically significant impact of the combined dimensions of soft skills on organizational citizenship behavior. In the study population, there was an average level of availability of soft skills, while the corporation exhibited a high level of organizational citizenship behavior. To promote the development of soft skills and enhance organizational citizenship behavior, the study suggested creating a supportive organizational environment. This can be achieved by incorporating soft skills training into employee development programs and incentivizing and rewarding organizational citizenship behavior appropriately.
