摘要
The following is an exploratory investigation regarding the use of VR in promoting mental health from a variety of perspectives, but all hinge on the ability of VR to provide immersive and interactive experiences that strike well with students and educators. It uses a systematic qualitative research approach by reviewing existing literature, including empirical studies, theoretical frameworks and practical applications related to psychological benefits using VR technology. Results showed great potential for VR environments in helping emotional regulation, reducing symptoms of anxiety and increasing general well-being through innovative interventions such as biofeedback video games and virtual harmony music therapy. This paper ends with insights drawn from the integration of VR into educational settings for enhanced psychological well-being—understanding that it acts as a transformative tool in the areas of mental health and education.
