Scientific research is an effective way to address sustainability challenges. Through research tools with well-executable results to achieve this, it is necessary to understand the tools of scientific research in the field of humanities to reach meaningful sustainability, through evaluation and empirical analysis. This is done by using human questionnaire tools applied when there is research that includes a human group to reach opinions based on the needs of the individual who lives in a specific geographical area. Based on the above, the relationship between scientific research and its tools and sustainability is strong, and the role of law in controlling climate changes cannot be overlooked by including legislative systems and rules that preserve the environment, and finding a balance in positive legislation so that the latter emanates from a real and realistic need for climate changes in the region. All of the above requires the use of all scientific research tools to find sustainable environmental legislative models.
