The scientific article examines the Ukrainian problem of integrating the railway infrastructure with EU standards. In this context, the problem of compatibility with the real estate of this transport is revealed, namely, the integration and up-growth of station complexes and logistics hubs. The authors of this scientific work conducted a study to find a scientific solution to the problem of compatibility of different subsystems with each other. The consideration of the task at hand in the work is considered according to several criteria: the use of the analysis of the literature on this issue, the analysis of open statistical data, and processing secondary data using the linear Pearson coefficient. Such comprehensive diagnostic tasks are needed to create a holistic solution for the JSC “Ukrainian Railways” for the renewal, up growth, and integration of railway real estate. The results of the original study will consist of innovative proposals to approach the resolution of the issue of compatibility of the infrastructure of different railway systems.

摘要
