Nowadays, guerrilla marketing is increasingly used in public transport. One of the positive benefits of guerrilla marketing is that it provides a sense of surprise. Emotions such as laughter, fear, surprise, and sadness are caused to the passengers of public transport. Public transport companies using guerilla marketing strategies reach the desired user with intriguing content. The purpose of the article is to analyze the characteristics of green and guerrilla marketing. The methods used in the article are the analysis of scientific literature and the analysis of cases. The article presents definitions of green and guerilla marketing, means of guerilla marketing, and presents cases of guerilla marketing. In cases of guerrilla marketing, there may be railings, running tracks, and pedestrian crossings in public transport. Research analysis shows that good guerilla advertising in public transport does not create negative emotions but pleasantly engages and evokes good feelings. The customer becomes the focus, not the advertised product / service. This is the idea of guerrilla marketing. Another advantage of guerilla marketing is that it is often a cheap but imaginative and creative way to grab the attention of consumers.
