Nowadays, voice cloning has gained significant attention and is being increasingly demanded by the market, for example for voice applications. Consequently, there is much development aimed at enhancing the humanization of voice cloning technology. However, this advancement raises critical concerns in the telecommunication sector, for real-time or non-real-time interactions. Many critical procedures, from individuals to government, rely on telecommunication, making it a prime target for attackers. This paper aims to present a framework that addresses the challenges of securing voice communications by proposing the use of Decentralised Identifiers (DIDs) enabled through blockchain technology. The storage of these identifiers into their devices empowers individuals with greater control over their data. Furthermore, to defend against potential issues of impersonation and fraud we will leverage watermarking technology to identify, authenticate, and track ownership of AI-generated content.

摘要
