This paper analyzes IT projects in the banking private and public sectors to identify the key factors (including software product and development costs) that influence the pricing of IT projects. The relevance and significance of this study are highlighted by the ongoing complexity and uncertainty inherent in the pricing process for most projects. Traditionally, these processes rely heavily on empirical estimates of project labor costs and often overlook the influence of external factors, both explicit and implicit, that significantly influence project pricing. The findings of this study are to identify and prioritize key variables influencing pricing strategies for IT projects in the government, banking, security, and payments sectors.

摘要
