In this chapter, we shall deal with the stabilization problem for singular fractional-order systems. The purpose is the design of controllers such that the closed-loop system is regular, stable and impulse-free. Both state feedback and output feedback controllers are considered in the case \(1\le \alpha <2\) and observer-based controller for the case \(0<\alpha \le 1\) . Based on the admissibility conditions presented in the previous chapter, necessary and sufficient conditions for the existence of stabilizing controllers are obtained and the stabilizing controllers design can be formulated.
