The restoration of transport and logistics infrastructure, which functions as the “circulatory system” of the economy, directly influences the speed of remediation, the recovery of strategically important industries, and the normalization of social well-being. This study emphasizes that the recovery of war-affected territories requires not only financial and human resources but also the use of innovative technologies. Intelligent transportation logistics systems utilizing drones and bio-inspired algorithms, such as the Artificial Bee Colony and Ant Colony Optimization algorithms, open new possibilities for effective and adaptive remediation. This article explores the role of drones and bio-inspired algorithms in organizing logistics to remediate war-affected regions of Ukraine.
