Unemployment remains a critical social issue in Indonesia, including in North Sumatra, prompting many individuals to seek employment in the informal sector. This study examines the impact of Digital Value Proposition (DVP) and E-Service Quality on user satisfaction among informal workers using job-search applications. Utilizing data from the Indonesian Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) and analyzed through SmartPLS, findings reveal that E-Service Quality significantly enhances DVP (coefficient = 0.961), which, in turn, positively influences user satisfaction (coefficient = 0.876). The study highlights that superior e-service quality direct and indirect increases user satisfaction through a strengthened DVP. This outcome aligns with previous research indicating that a strong DVP and quality service experience foster user satisfaction and loyalty. The implications suggest that developers should prioritize e-service dimensions, such as usability and security, to boost user satisfaction. While informative, the study is limited by its specific application context and suggests further qualitative research for in-depth insights.

摘要
