The Work-Based Learning Program paves the way for students to be ready for industry at an earlier stage. Work-based learning is postulated as a lifelong learning program that prepares students for real job experience, compared to real-time experience in a normal class setting. The advantages of work-based learning are that it helps industries to maximise production. This research aims to determine students' satisfaction levels with work-based learning (WBL) programs. This study has analysed the relationship between perceived organisational support and supervisor support toward student satisfaction while doing the WBL program in the respective industry. The data was gathered and analysed with SPSS Version 27; 155 questionnaires are usable for further analysis. The findings from this study shed some light on the students' satisfaction with the WBL program. The supervisor and the organisation have supported this program for the long-term commitment that can lead to improved program quality.
