This microscope, namely, CNSM, is a coherent microscope that works without mechanical scanning of the object. Referring to Fig. 5.1. Instead of performing mechanical scanning of the object, we fix it in place and place two identical gratings Gl,2 very close to the objectives L1 and L2 to replace the scanning. In this case, the spreading of the Fourier spectrum of the grating functions upon the object will cover the whole object.

摘要
