The Imaging of Microscopic Objects Using a Confocal Microscope
摘要
In this chapter, we summarize the process of image formation using a confocal microscope that provides modulated apertures. We plotted the reconstructed images using Cauchy and hexagonal apertures under a confocal scanning laser microscope. Second, I suggested an optical correlator using a confocal microscope. We provide some correlation images corresponding to the ideal case of coherent illumination and coherent detection in a confocal microscope.
