Criminal Law and Economic Offenses
摘要
In this chapter, titled “Criminal Law and Economic Offenses,” a conclusive reflection is intended on what has been previously investigated, allowing to ascertain, from the discourse of diffuse criminalization, and pondering about the structural and conjunctural problems of Economic Criminal Law in the face of traditional Criminal Law, the purpose and legal-criminal efficiency in economic protection, confronting this with the principle of the ultima ratio and the search for alternative solutions. For this, it is necessary to study the most suitable legal formulations for economic criminality, proposing legal options as lege ferenda.
