This chapter deals with three-dimensional (3D) evaluation of congenital anomalies of the right heart. The main congenital anomalies of the right heart are pulmonary stenosis, tetralogy of Fallot, pulmonary atresia with intact ventricular septum, pulmonary atresia with ventricular septal defect, Ebstein’s anomaly, tricuspid valve dysplasia and tricuspid atresia. Tetralogy of Fallot and double-outlet right ventricle are discussed in the chapter of conotruncal anomalies, and anomalies of the systemic venous connections are in their own chapter. In this session, we explored the key indicators for fetal echocardiographic diagnosis of congenital right heart anomalies and understood how 3D ultrasound technology can enhance these diagnostic processes.

摘要
