摘要

According to research predictions, the number of global hyperscale data centers is expected to surpass 1000 by 2026. With the convergence applications of various industries such as autonomous driving, intelligent manufacturing, and the metaverse, all types of data centers will continue to grow rapidly. At the same time, these data centers are undergoing transformation towards green, intelligent, and intensive directions. This paper first elaborates on the complexity and challenges faced by data center operations, and analyzes the advantages of artificial intelligence in data center operations. Taking predictive maintenance as an example, methods and strategies for integrating artificial intelligence into data centers are proposed, and the application effectiveness of artificial intelligence in predictive maintenance, resource coordination scheduling, network quality optimization, and other aspects is explored. Finally, the challenges and future development directions of artificial intelligence in data center operations are proposed.
