This work explores the integration of Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology with OpenAI and ClickUp to enhance document processing in consulting firms. Traditional manual processing of documents such as invoices is time-consuming and prone to errors, which often resulting in delays and inaccuracies of data. The proposed solution, termed the OCR-OpenAI-ClickUp (OOC) integration, aims to transform this process by automating document management and improving data accuracy and workflow efficiency. The system uses Google Cloud OCR to scan the text from the document submitted by the users, OpenAI’s GPT-3.5-turbo for advanced text analysis, and ClickUp CRM for the storing of data. This integrated approach significantly reduces human errors during data extraction and enables a more organized, efficient handling of document processing. The findings suggest that the OOC model not only accelerates operations but also enhances overall organizational effectiveness, offering a promising solution for consulting firms aiming to optimize their document management systems.

摘要
