The Trend of Integration of Artificial Intelligence in Supply Chain: A Bibliometric Review

This study delves into the impact of artificial intelligence on the supply chain by examining various employment-related factors. These factors include publication volume, authorship, country of origin, affiliations, and relevant journals. Through a comprehensive analysis of bibliographic data obtained from Scopus, Springer Link, Web of Science, Science Direct, and Google Scholar, the study revealed a significant increase in relevant publications since 2010. Additionally, it uncovers key authorities in the field, source countries, institutions, and influential journals. Furthermore, it examines common keywords used in search queries and recurring themes in research endeavors. Citation analysis aims to identify renowned authors and significant documents that are highly influential in this literature. The purpose of this investigation was to identify key areas of interest by analyzing co-citations among authors. Biased assessments are excluded, and the language used is objective and neutral in terms of value. Technical terms are explained the first time they are used, and common academic elements are included.
