This study innovatively improved the performance of demolished foam blocks by way of shell-wrapped granulation. Their regeneration process was investigated by a series of indoor tests, including the water-cement ratio for shell-wrapped granulation, the air blast temperature, and the granulating rotation speed. The results showed that these three technological parameters were crucial for the shell-wrapped granulation rate of demolished foam blocks. The recommended value of the water-binder ratio should be 0.2–0.3. The ideal air blast temperature lay between 60 ℃ and 70 ℃. There should be a threshold for the rotation speed to control the shell-wrapped granulation rate, which was suggested to be 35 r/min. This study can provide a practical reference for the recycling of construction and demolition wastes.
