Evaluation of Geological Hazard Susceptibility Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process and Geographic Information System
摘要
Based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process, six evaluation indicators, including stratum lithology, geological structure, rainfall, terrain slope, NDVI (Normalized Difference Vegetation Index), and human engineering activities, are selected to construct the geological disaster susceptibility evaluation index system in Cangshang Town, Baihe County. Then, the evaluation and zoning of geological disaster susceptibility are carried out.The results show that the extremely high - and high - susceptibility areas in geological disasters account for about 32.02%. They are mainly distributed in a band - like pattern along Leng - Hou Road, Lengshui River and its tributary gullies, and around human - populated areas on the slopes on both sides of Lengshui River, Peijia River and their tributary gullies. The medium - and low - susceptibility areas account for about 67.98%, mainly distributed in mountain valleys, areas with high vegetation coverage and less engineering activities. The evaluation results can provide references for geological disaster zoning and prevention in Cangshang Town, Baihe County.
