With the rapid development of the new energy industry, the issues of power battery recycling and reuse have become increasingly prominent. However, a large number of power batteries have unclear destinations and are not properly treated, causing environmental pollution. This paper analyzes various power battery recycling models, including the traditional model, the automaker-led alliance model, the battery manufacturer-led model, and the NIO battery swap station model, using the ASME process diagnostic method for comparison. It ultimately recommends promoting the battery manufacturer-led recycling model to enhance consumer satisfaction, recycling efficiency, and reduce the number of batteries entering unregulated enterprises, thus minimizing environmental pollution.
