The spread of light pollution engulfing the night sky also has adverse effects on organisms and the environment. In order to alleviate the problem of light pollution, this paper established a comprehensive evaluation model of light pollution degree by optimizing TOPSIS model based on the combination of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and EWM. In order to measure the level of regional light pollution widely, six effective indicators were selected to evaluate the level of light pollution in different regions, namely: development level, population, air quality, night light intensity, climate, and geography. The weights of selected indicators were calculated by Matlab, and the regional light pollution was evaluated by TOPSIS score. Ahp and EWM method are used to solve the weight, which makes the model more convincing. Finally, R2 test and f test were carried out on the model, and the model fit reached more than 95%.

摘要
