Perceived Organizational Support as a Catalyst for Work Competence and Job Dedication

Perceived Organization Support is the reflection of the attitudes and feelings employees have about their organization. This study dwells on the positive influence Perceived Organization Support has on Work Competence and Job Dedication. This survey was carried out on the employees of a private organization. The results show evidence that Perceived Organization Support positively support Job Dedication and Work Competence. There is a weak positive correlation between Perceived Organization Support and Work Competence to an extent of close to 20%, as Work Competence could be based on other factors and the correlation between Perceived Organization Support and Job Dedication too was found positive to an extent of 30% showing that Perceived Organization Support among employees is understood to be a good underlying force leading to Job Dedication and other positive outcomes.
