Consumer interest in organic products has surged in recent years, driven by concerns over health, sustainability, and environmental impact. This paper examines the dynamic relationship between consumer perception and behaviour towards organic products. Drawing upon a review of existing literature, the study explores various factors influencing consumer attitudes and purchasing decisions in the organic market. These factors encompass product attributes, such as quality, price, and availability, as well as psychological factors, including trust, perceived benefits, and perceived risks associated with organic consumption. Furthermore, the paper explores the role of marketing strategies, certification, and labelling in shaping consumer perceptions of organic products. Additionally, it investigates demographic variables, such as age, income, and education, which influence consumer attitudes towards organics. It is essential to understand these factors for businesses and policymakers who seeks to effectively target and engage with consumers in the organic market.
