A crucial factor in enhancing competitiveness is digital transformation, which is essential for the long-term viability of companies within a globalized economy. Nonetheless, digital transformation goes beyond the adoption of new technologies; it encompasses the seamless integration of these technologies into a holistic strategic framework, underpinned by organizational capabilities and effective leadership. In this article, we delve into the essential elements that drive the effectiveness of digital transformation within Moroccan firms. Our focus centers on the influence of IT infrastructure, IT management, digital strategy, and top management support in shaping this transition. Drawing insights from existing studies and a survey conducted among Moroccan enterprises, our objective is to pinpoint the pivotal skills that empower these organizations to adeptly maneuver through the realms of digital evolution.
