This research uses a structured literature review process to investigate the complexity and challenges of humanizing circular supply chain management (CSCM). By summarizing previous research, we identify major themes, difficulties, and gaps in this field. Our research focuses on natural, ethical, and organizational factors that are critical in integrating human-centred methods into CSCM. The report identifies major problems such as effective stakeholder participation, ethical quandaries, technical adaptability, and policy consequences. The paper focuses on a multidisciplinary approach to direct these concerns and presents a framework for incorporating human-centric practices into circular supply chains. This article adds to the existing knowledge of sustainable supply chain management by providing a thorough analysis of the challenges and opportunities for humanizing CSCM.
